Kaang Ka Ree (Yellow Curry) Yellow curry paste is typically milder in terms of spice than the other Thai curry pastes and is a marriage between Indian-style spices like cardamom and turmeric and Thai flavours, such as coriander and lemongrass. The result is a versatile, fragrant curry paste that lends itself well to a plethora of uses. Made from: onion 40%, chili 15%, sugar 15%, garlic 7%, rice bran oil 6%, curry powder 5%, salt 5% sesame oil 2% and other spices 1%. Preparation; Prepare 100g of any meat or seafood, 1 egg, ½ onion, 1 chopped celery stalk, 2 tablespoons of oil and 4 tablespoons of water. Method; 1. Mix the egg with contents of this pack and some water. 2. Add oil to a frying pan or wok and then stir-fry the onion until cooked. Add the meat of fish. 3. Add the egg and yellow curry sauce mixture, celery. Stir-fry. 4. Serve with rice. 5. Serves 2 – 4 people.
