Current batch: roasted and ground on 7/28/2022 High-end Turkish coffee made from %100 Arabica Speciality beans (highest quality). The cardamom in this coffee is an Alleppey Certified Indian cardamom. Locally roasted in the USA in small batches at an organic certified facility. Way more flavorful and vivid than imported Turkish coffee. Very rich flavor, fabulous body, balanced acidity, outstanding aroma and smooth aftertaste. No weird tastes or overpowering notes. We do not use Robusta beans to avoid any bitter oily greenish taste that is usually present in low quality imported Turkish and Arabic coffees. Ethically sourced from women-owned farms, where the highest standards of coffee farming are practiced. %100 natural! Free of chemicals, industrial additives, preservative, or enhancers. ***Disclaimer: We are aware about a grinding issue that impacted the previous batch (25 May - 15 July) of our Extra Cardamom. The affected bags had some relatively large bits of cardamom. The current batch is free from any issues and we have implemented measures to avoid that issue from occurring again.
